The 10-Minute Workout
I love doing the 10-minute workout. I can do it in spurts anywhere. I try to fit in 2 or 3 sessions a day. I can work my arms in the morning, my butt and thighs in the afternoon, and my stomach in the evening. I also plan on changing my diet which is hard, cause I love all types of food.
